Responsibilities include :-

1. Candidate must have good written communication skills.

2. Should have previous experience generating revenue on guru, eLance, oDesk etc.

3. Should preferably be from a technical background.

4. To manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leightons Procedure and Clients Specifications.

5. To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.

6. To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.

7. To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.

8. Generating new business from online bidding portals (i.e. Elance, Guru and others). Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations Knowledge of Web Applications, E commerce, CMS, etc. 1-2years experience in IT companies. methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
